Just found I am going to a bug festival in 2 1/2 weeks and would like to bring along one cyberpunk outfit...any ideas and or suggestions on how to make a decent to great inexpensive outfit?
I will be outdoors in the heat so looking for something tolerable in the heat.

Also - it might help to hit a thrift store, a costume shop, a toy store, hardware store, Radio Shack, or a garage - something like that for ideas or gear.

I’ve been walking through some stores and thinking to myself.
If the world came to a disastrous halt and 90% of the population was destroyed what would people savage and from what stores that were still standing and how would they use what technology was still left and what would self protection vs government “protection” be like?
Came up with some interesting ideas
