But Here's some ideas I haven't read about:
Dental reconstructors: inject them into a cavity and cover over with a special putty. wait 10 minutes and you have a new tooth.
Digit-al CD reader- lasertip finger that can read most optical disks
BioD secretion gland and static charge generator: allows a person to exude fireballs from specified orifice.
Non-dom: condom that transmits full sensory effect, but filters out viruses.
Choco-cum: Makes seminal fluid taste like chocolate.
Red Bull-ites - actually give you wings.

I would love one of those too. I'd love to be able to take a picture of how I see things, like be able to imbue the emotion at the time instead of having to rely on an imperfect camera with standard tricks like filter's, lighting tricks and post production work.

I'm still trying to come up with my body mod, pretty much everything has been already said though that I've thought about, plus everyone knows I want my skeletal system replaced (or at least have the nerve's not send back pain signals anymore) and while I'd consider that an upgrade it'd be more functional than wanted for fun. I think maybe then having an implant that allows you to breathe underwater, in normal air and deep in caves that are mostly sulfur and such. Maybe even add on chemical filtering too. Most renewable way would be of course through nanocites maybe and not so much of a body mod.
