In my mind this article would apply to a cyberpunk forum although like anything that can be debated. I read this constantly thinking about our future, burbclaves, that trailer park in All Tomorrows Parties (I think) and the general decay of the intrepid US intellectual ideal. Regardless of whether it belongs here or not its incredibly well written and for the first time in a while actually has made me think a little more about the shape of things than a normal main stream media or fringe thinking article.
